Abstract:Since the reform and opening up, from "almost zero" to "half walled mountains" in practice, from
"external supplements" to "internal elements" in theory, China’s private economy has achieved a huge leap in the
evolutionary spiral of practical innovation and theoretical innovation. The connotation of the basic socialist
economic system has deepened from "onedimensional" to "three-dimensional integration", and the private
economy and the public economy have also undergone an evolutionary process from " binary opposition" to"binary coexistence" and then to "binary fusion". The internalization of the private economy as an element of thebasic economic system not only fully embodies the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, but also facilitates the continuous liberation, development, and protection of social productive
forces, which is a major theoretical innovation in the Sinicization of Marxist political economics.
