梁洋洋,副研究员、硕士研究生导师,从事激光与物质相互作用机理、激光参量在线监测与闭环调控等研究,承担国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学青年基金、山东省自然科学青年基金等国家级、省部级基础研究类项目5项,参与激光制造领域国家级/省部级重点项目8项。累计发表学术论文17篇,申请专利13项,研制出激光冲击强化机理模型1类,色散精准匹配的激光系统3类,激光时空参量在线监测与调控模块3类,担任中国激光制造技术与产业创新联盟秘书处秘书。
