May: Congrats to PI Zhang's Postdoc mentor elected as new member of National Academic of Science!

On May 2th, 2023, The National Academy of Sciences announced the election of 120 new members and in recognition of their distinguished and continuing achievements in original research. 

The group leader's Postdoc mentor Prof. Drew Shindell at Duke University was among one of them.  

Prof. Zhang worked with Prof. Shindell from 2018 to 2021, mainly on the co-benefits analysis of U.S. policies, methane mitigation, health impacts from climate change and air pollution. They together published 11 high-impact journals together during the three years, including PNAS, Nature Communication and so on.
