Good afternoon, everybody,

First of all, I would like to thank Miss Wang Fanfan for organizing such an amazing “afternoon tea party”, providing such a good opportunity for us to know more about our international colleagues and friends.

A worldview originates from viewing the world. 观世界才能有世界观Here, I would like to simply share some of my stories which have shaped my worldview. Some of you may have already known that I am from the rural area, a small village in Henan Province. I had never taken a bus before going to high school. I had never taken a train before going to college. I had never taken a plane before I went to the America. YOU may wonder “Wow, she is that old?” Yeah, well, I am over 30, okay, approaching 40奔四了！ But there is another explanation. That is, the world changes so fast, and I have changed so much! I would never see the city if I dropped out before college as over half of my classmates did. I would never see more parts of world if I did not go overseas. I would never become the person who I am, a vigorous, passionate, open-minded, and uplifting person if I chose to close my eyes and shut my ears to the changing world. NOW, we have more opportunities and so many different ways to see the world and know the world due to the more and more interactive communications between countries. As a member of the global village, we need to know more and care more about our neighborhood.
