Zhang Xijian, born in December 1978, is an associate professor at the School of Integrated Circuits, Shandong University. The main work is wide band gap semiconductor materials and devices and graphene high frequency nanoelectronic devices. More than 70 SCI indexed articles were published, including more than 10 first author or corresponding author articles. He has participated in more than 10 national research projects, of which he has presided over one GF973 project. Teach undergraduate courses "Integrated Circuit Technology" and "Semiconductor Device Design and Simulation", etc.
