张锡健,1978年12月出生,山东大学集成电路学院副教授。主要工作为宽禁带半导体材料与器件和石墨烯高频纳米电子器件。发表SCI收录文章70余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者文章10余篇。参与国家级科研项目10余项,其中主持完成GF973专题一项。讲授本科课程《集成电路工艺》和《半导体器件设计与仿真》等。
