教师简介

主要研究方向包括系统生物学 (多组学),生物信息学,代谢组学,脂质组学,以及精神病防与机理研究。在生物信息学方面,主要致力于多组学数据的整合分析,药物发现及筛选,如基于图神经网络,深度挖掘基因组代谢组通路网络,发现未知生物标记物及预测肿瘤疾病,结合药物靶点数据,开发新型数据驱动的药物发现方法。在代谢组学方面,基于核磁共振(NMR) 与质谱 (LC-MS) 高通量数据,开发了一系列识别未知代谢物结构的方法,开发快速分析高通量同位素示踪代谢组学数据的工具,为非靶向分析代谢通路提供有力工具, 搭建多个代谢组,脂质组学数据库以及公开的网络服务器。
