Biography

理学博士，教授，硕士生导师。山东大学未来计划青年学者。研究方向为光学晶体波导、离子束材料改性、微纳光子结构与器件、铌酸锂单晶薄膜等。先后主持国家自然科学基金2项、省部级科研项目10余项，授权国家发明专利5项。
