陈延学教授
山东大学物理学院教授，博士生导师。2002年毕业于山东大学，获理学博士学位。2003年至今在山东大学物理学院工作。2007-2008年在美国波特兰州立大学电镜中心访学。 目前研究领域主要： 1. 功能氧化物外延薄膜制备与性能研究； 2. 金属/半导体中的自旋注入与输运过程研究； 3. 氧化物磁性半导体研究 4. 纳米结构太阳能电池及光电探测器制备研究。 主持国家和省部级科研项目多项。指导的本科创新团队发表科研论文十余篇，多人参加“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛并... More+
