个人简介

付秀伟,早稻田大学博士,教授,博士生导师,山东大学“齐鲁青年学者”。长期致力于功能晶体材料的开发及应用,包括磁光晶体、压电铁电晶体、激光晶体等功能晶体的生长及光电器件制备。自主设计研发新型TAGG磁光晶体并实现产业化,为下一代法拉第隔离器提供关键支撑材料。国际上首次采用提拉法实现了铌酸钾钠(KNN)无铅铁电单晶的高质量生长。先后承担国家自然科学基金面上/青年项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、山东省青创团队、产业横向课题等科研项目。近年来,在ACS Energy Lett.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Adv. Optical Mater.、Cryst. Growth Des.、J. Alloys Compd.、人工晶体学报等国内外学术期刊发表论文50余篇,申请中国发明专利10余项,日本专利2项。受邀在国际国内学术会议上发表学术报告30余次。曾获第一届人工晶体青年学术会议“优秀青年学者”、日本材料学会优秀报告奖、日本电子学会优秀报告奖、日本陶瓷协会优秀论文奖等荣誉。
