Biography

   山东大学教授、博士生导师、博士后合作导师，山东省“泰山产业领军人才”，现任山东大学国际合作与交流处处长。毕业于香港理工大学，获博士学位。研究方向为旅游管理、人力资源管理、AI与可持续发展。

   担任SSCI Q1 区期刊“Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research”中国区编辑 （Regional Editor, China)，以及“Tourism Review”等3个SSCI期刊编委，Asian Pacific Tourism Association （APTA）亚太旅游协会中国专家。迄今主持国家社科项目、国家社科重大项目子课题、教育部项目、山东省社科重点项目、部委委托项目等40余项；出版专著2部，主编教材5部；发表SSCI、CSSCI等期刊收录论文80余篇。多篇研究成果成为高被引论文，多次获山东高等学校优秀科研成果奖等。
