本人服务于校园网络信息化建设

        数智化支撑研究院（以下简称“研究院”），是学校直属独立建制的新型机构，兼具研究与管理服务职能。研究院立足学校发展重大需求，围绕大数据与人工智能赋能教育科技人才一体发展、赋能学校治理体系与治理能力现代化建设等前沿领域开展系统、深入的跨学科、跨领域交叉融合研究。针对学校各项事业发展开展深度数据挖掘、整理，并与国内外高等教育发展现状及趋势开展数据对比、分析，发现问题并提出建议方案，支持学校提前谋划、超前布局。

除上述研究职能外，研究院还承担网络安全和信息化工作相关管理服务职能，主要包括：

• 全面升级学校网络安全与信息化工作标准；

• 信息化项目全过程管理和软件无形资产管理，

• 推进新技术应用和国产化替代；

• 统筹建设学校网络和云基础设施、数据平台等信息化支撑服务体系和网络安全体系；

• 负责保密技术支持工作；

• 学校重要会议和重大活动信息化技术保障等。

        研究院将作为学校数智化转型核心力量，深化大数据与人工智能在教学科研管理中的融合应用，支撑构建面向未来的现代治理体系。未来，研究院将推动教育信息化创新，提升治理精细化水平，参与国家数字化战略，打造教育信息化标杆。同时，研究院将强化国际合作，吸引全球人才，开展前沿研究，推动跨学科创新，形成原创引领性成果，成为学校数智化发展的智囊、创新和服务中心，为学校内涵式发展和教育数字化转型提供有力支撑。

         The Digital Intelligence Support Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute") is a new, independently established institution directly under the university. It combines research with management and service functions. Based on the university’s major development needs, the Institute conducts systematic and in-depth interdisciplinary and cross-domain research in cutting-edge areas such as empowering the integrated development of education, technology, and talent through big data and artificial intelligence, as well as advancing the modernization of the university’s governance system and capabilities. It performs in-depth data mining and organization related to various aspects of the university’s development, compares and analyzes this data against the current status and trends of higher education both domestically and internationally, identifies issues, and proposes recommendations and solutions to support the university in forward planning and proactive strategic positioning.
