Biography

李玉军 博士/博士后,教授,博士生导师。山东大学信息科学与工程学院副院长,山东大学智慧法治大数据研究中心主任,国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家,司法部物联网重点实验室首席科学家。

长期从事大数据和人工智能领域的科研工作,是科技部和司法部在科技创领域的专家,入选国家“十四五社会治理和智慧社会重点专项“总体专家组,负责司法科技创新重大项目实施方案与指南编制工作。编制司法部“十四五”全国司法行政科技创新规划,编写全国司法行政科技创新的2021-2035年中长期发展规划。

近年来,主持负责了国家重点研发计划项目《服刑人员改造演化矫正技术与装备研究》,《智能物联网终端及系统研制与示范应用》,973课题《云服务多媒体应用平台的基础架构研究与应用研究》等。获得国家标准创新贡献一等奖,山东省科技进步奖、吴文俊人工智能奖等,发表论文50多篇,申请国家发明专利20项。

本人积极推进政产学研用相结合,推进科技成果转化和产品开发,政府法治建设与法律文书智能审核平台、监管大数据智能分析平台、监狱综合业务管理平台、监管场所指挥调度平台等系统已经在山东、江西、宁夏等省市的司法行政系统广泛应用,取得良好的社会和经济效益。

1.       自然语言处理:法律大语言模型、司法大数据智能分析技术、风险演化与量化评估技术、智能推荐;

2.       多模态融合计算:多模态行为分析技术、多模态情感计算技术、医学影像分析,智能家居/普适计算;
