He received the Ph.D. degree from the National Institute of Applied

Sciences, Rennes, France, in 2014, and received the M.E. and B.E. degrees

from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2010 and 2007, respectively, all

in electronic engineering. From 2015 to 2018, he worked as a postdoctoral

researcher at the Shenzhen International Graduate School, Tsinghua Univer-

sity. He is currently an associate professor with the School of Control Science

and Engineering, Shandong University. His research interests include signal

processing, compressed sensing and machine learning.
