马晨教授的研究领域是有机合成、药物合成和精细化学品合成。研究方向包括:1. 高效及环境友好的有机合成方法学研究;2. 药物活性分子的组合合成、小分子库构建及筛选;3.精细化学品如有机硅试剂的高效制备等。近年来本课题组承担了国家自然科学基金、山东省重大科技创新工程、山东省自然科学基金重点项目和山东省重点研发等10多项研究课题。和国内知名企业,如新和成药业、中肽化学等有长期的合作关系。在国际知名期刊,如Green Chem., Org. lett., J. Org. Chem., Org. Chem. Front.. Advanced Synthesis & Catalysis等期刊上,作为通讯作者发表了80多篇SCI研究论文。指导硕士研究生、博士研究生、博士后60多名(企业博士后5名)。
