Abstract:从催化剂用量、酯交换温度及时间、醇油物质的量比等影响因素出发,并借助热重、X 射线荧光光谱、X 射线衍射、氮气吸附与哈米特指示剂等催化剂表征手段,研究造纸白泥催化花生油与甲醇的酯交换特性。造纸白泥通过800 益煅烧鄄常温水合鄄600 益活化处理后,成分以CaO 为主、比表面积为7. 28 m2 / g、碱性强度为9. 8<H- <15. 0;花生油成分以二元不饱和亚油酸为主,酸值为0. 44 mgKOH / g;较优的酯交换工况为催化剂质量分数6% 、酯交换温度64 益、酯交换时间2 h 以及醇油物质的量比12,相应甘油收率为90. 74% ;造纸白泥具有较好的重复使用性能,较优工况下,分离、回收第六次使用时,仍能取得88. 63% 的甘油收率。
