Abstract:丙酸钙(CP)可用于协同脱除燃煤电厂烟气中的SO2和NO,通过热重法研究丙酸钙的热解特性,以期为进一步提高丙酸钙的脱硫脱硝效率提供理论依据.为便于比较,同时将用于炉内脱硫的石灰石(CC)的热解特性也做了相应的研究.结果表明,CP热分解温度较低,在565~759K的温度范围内析出羧酸类气体,伴随47.79%的失重量.然后在843~1012K的温度范围内析出CO2,并且根据扫描电子显微镜的分析结果,由于前阶段羧酸根的析出造成了疏松结构,CP在此阶段析出CO2的温度要比CC析出CO2的温度低,这两者对应的最大失重速率温度分别为972K和1012K.采用非预置模型法计算CP热解过程的动力学参数,实验所选定的4个升温速率分别为5,7.5,10以及15K/min,采用Ozawa-Flynn-Wall算法计算热解的活化能,其结果进一步验证了CP的多段热解特性,同时采用Avrami理论计算反应级数,在20%~80%的转化率区间内,CP的反应级数在0.061~0.608之间波动,而对应的CC的反应级数则较大,其变化范围为1.647~2.084.
