Biography

I'm interested in the development of bioinformatics tools and statistic analysis for interesting phenomena in biology. Currently, my research work focus on the discovery of sequence-structure and disorder-function relations in proteins, machine learning-based prediction of protein functions and deep learning-based modeling of protein structure.
