硅基LHP蒸发器传热特性研究

    As an efficient two-phase heat transfer device, silicon-based loop heat pipe (LHP) can be applied to thermal management of integrated circuits. In this study, a silicon-based micropillars array capillary structure is designed and manufactured to be used as a silicon-based LHP evaporator, and an experimental system of capillary evaporation is built to explore the influence of heat flux and working angle on the heat transfer performance of the evaporator. The results show that the higher the heat flux, the faster the start-up speed of evaporator and the higher the stable operation temperature. The performance of the evaporator is better than 0◦ when the working angle is 180◦ and better than 270◦ when the working angle is 90◦. The research on the performance of silicon-based evaporator can provide data support for the design and manufacture of silicon-based LHP in the future.
