盛力 Edmund Li Sheng

山东大学特聘教授(第一层次);上海合作组织研究院执行院长;山东省泰山学者特聘专家;中国-上海合作组织经贸学院荣誉教授;北京大学德语德语文学学士;德国弗莱堡大学经济学硕士、博士;先后在德国弗莱堡大学、澳门大学、澳门理工大学、日本神户大学、德国埃尔朗根-纽伦堡大学、俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立理工大学、 中山大学、南京理工大学及宁波诺丁汉大学等机构担任教研、名誉及客座职务;长期从事国际政治经济学与旅游城市治理研究,在这些领域于国际学术期刊上发表论文120余篇,其中60篇发表于SSCI及CSSCI收录期刊,24篇发表于顶尖期刊。他以英语和德语撰写了15部专著,由施普林格(Springer)和帕尔格雷夫·麦克米伦(Palgrave Macmillan)等国际顶尖学术出版社出版,在谷歌学术上的被引用次数超过2,300次,H指数为32。他曾荣获教育部“高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖”、施普林格.自然“中国新发展奖”以及澳门人文社会科学优秀成果奖等,当选英国皇家学会工艺院院士、上海合作组织大学(联盟)区域学(国际关系)学科组成员;曾多次接受新华社、中国新闻社、《光明日报》、塔斯社和哈萨克通讯社专访;其智库报告多次被中央及各部委采纳,三次获得总书记批示;并担任十余个相关领域主要国际学术组织的资深成员。

Distinguished Professor (First Tier) at Shandong University; Executive Dean of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Research Institute; Endowed Mount Tai Chair of Shandong Province; Honorary Professor and Academic Vice-Rector at the China–Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Institute of Economy and Trade; Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature from Peking University; Master’s and Doctorate in Economics from the University of Freiburg, Germany; has held teaching, honorary and visiting positions at the University of Freiburg, Germany; the University of Macau; the Macao Polytechnic University; Kobe University, Japan; the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany; St Petersburg State Polytechnic University, Russia; Sun Yat-sen University; Nanjing University of Science and Technology; and the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, amongst others; He has long been engaged in research on international political economy and the governance of tourist cities, having published over 120 papers in these fields in international academic journals, of which 60 appeared in SSCI and CSSCI-indexed journals, and 24 in top-tier journals. He has authored 15 monographs in English and German, published by leading international academic publishers such as Springer and Palgrave Macmillan. His work has been cited over 2,300 times on Google Scholar, with an H-index of 32. He has been awarded the Ministry of Education’s ‘Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Scientific Research in Higher Education’, the Springer. Nature’s ‘China New Development Award’ and the Macao Awards for Outstanding Achievements in the Humanities and Social Sciences, amongst others. He has been elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the Regional Studies (International Relations) Disciplinary Group at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation University (Alliance); He has been interviewed on numerous occasions by Xinhua News Agency, China News Service, Guangming Daily, TASS and Kazinform; his think tank reports have been adopted and endorsed on multiple occasions by the central government and various ministries and commissions; and he serves as a senior member of more than ten major international academic organisations in relevant fields.
