Our laboratory is interested in the development of both experimental and computational methods. We have participated in the development of multiple RNA structure detection technologies, including experimental methods such as subcellular RNA structure determination (subStructure) and single-cell RNA structure determination (scSHAPE), as well as computational methods such as co-transcriptional transient RNA structure determination (nanoDISH) and integrated mutation stop to improve the accuracy of structure analysis (STONE).
