Biography

孙端辰1990年生,教授、博士生导师。2012年毕业于山东师范大学数学与统计学院信息与计算科学专业,获学士学位。2017年毕业于中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院运筹学与控制论专业,获博士学位(导师:吴凌云研究员)。博士毕业后,于2017年7月至2021年8月赴美国俄勒冈健康与科学大学奈特癌症研究所读博士后,研究方向为生物信息学。2022年入职山东大学数学学院,获聘山东大学齐鲁青年学者(第一层次)。

主要从事数学、计算机与前沿生物医学问题的交叉研究。围绕复杂疾病建模中存在的计算问题开展原创性数学模型和算法设计。在高精度复杂疾病生物标志物识别、疾病发生发展过程中关键因素可解释性等问题研究上取得了一系列成果。以第一或共同第一作者在Nature Biotechnology、Nature Communications、Briefings in Bioinformatics、Clinical Cancer Research 等学术期刊上发表SCI论文三十余篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目 1 项,参与国家重点研发计划课题 1 项、国自然重点项目 1 项。担任中国运筹学会计算系统生物学分会理事,中国人工智能学会生物信息学与人工生命专业委员会委员,中国计算机学会生物信息学专委会通讯委员等学术职务。
