    个人简介

    孙华,管理学博士,应用经济学博士后。现任任教于山东大学管理学院管理科学与工程系,硕士生导师。研究方向为IT项目和创新团队管理、新技术应用和大数据管理、在线平台和虚拟组织行为管理等。研究成果发表在国内外核心期刊《International Journal of Project Management》、《Journal of Management in Engineering》、《Accounting and Business Research》、《Project Management Journal》、《科研管理》、《管理科学》等,出版独著一部、合作著作两部。主持教育部人文社科项目、山东省社会科学基金、山东省软科学等多项,作为主要参与者参与国家自然科学基金、国家软科学、教育部课题等多项。
