  • 理学博士,教授、博士生导师。国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。研究方向为离子束材料改性,以离子束辐照技术作为基本研究手段,研究缺陷、掺杂结构对材料光学性质、电子输运、光电响应、催化等物性的影响,研究领域包括光学(集成光学)、半导体(二维集成电路)、医学(新型纳米药物)。先后主持国家自然科学基金4项、省部级科研项目10余项,获得省二等奖2项。
