个人简介

王以林,1984年10月出生,山东大学集成电路学院副院长、教授、博士生导师,齐鲁青年学者。本课题组探索后摩尔时代集成电路潜在颠覆性技术所需的新材料、新原理和新器件,研究内容涵盖二维磁性材料自旋电子器件、二维材料集成电路、量子物态与调控。至今共发表SCI论文50余篇,引用4500余次(他引4000余次),h因子34,作为第一/通讯(含共同)作者的论文有23 篇,包含Nat. Commun., Mater. Today (2 篇), Mater. Today Nano, Adv. Funct. Mater., Small, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Nanoscale, PRB/APL (7 篇)等。作为共同作者,还发表Science, Nat. Energy, Sci. Adv., Phys. Rev. Lett., Adv. Mater.等。受邀担任Energies期刊编委,担任Nat. Commun., Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett.等领域内著名期刊的审稿人。本课题组重视科研成果转化,与企业联合研制集成电路封装和电子器件散热的新型高导热热界面材料,入选江苏省“双创人才”、扬州市“绿扬金凤计划”领军人才。讲授本科生课程《原子物理学》和研究生课程《二维材料与器件》;担任《数字电子技术》、《固体物理》、《微电子类前沿讲座》课程副主讲。
