魏健，博士，山东大学基础医学院研究员，泰山学者青年专家，山东大学齐鲁青年学者。2015于中科院上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所获得博士学位，2015-2018年在武汉大学进行博士后训练，从事脂质代谢调控与相关疾病的研究。2018-2022年在美国杰克森实验室（The Jackson Laboratory）进行免疫细胞代谢调控方向的研究工作。2022年入职山东大学基础医学院，主要关注糖脂代谢对肿瘤免疫的调控与作用机制，并发展代谢干预优化肿瘤免疫治疗的方法。研究成果发表在Science, Cell Reports, Nature Metabolism, iScience, J Biol Chem等杂志，总影响因子大于100，先后主持国家自然科学基金2项、山东省人才项目1项、省部级科学基金2项。

     Dr. Jian Wei holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, China. After completing his Ph.D. studies, he continued with three years of postdoctoral training in the laboratory of Dr. Bao-liang Song in Wuhan University. There, he performed groundbreaking research on lipid metabolism. Dr. Wei pursued a second postdoctoral training in The Jackson Laboratory to expand his expertise in immunology and metabolism since 2018. His findings have been published in Science, Cell Reports, Nature Metabolism, and J Biol Chem. In 2022, Dr. Wei joined Shandong University as a “Qilu Youth Scholar” and started his work on metabolic modulation of antitumor immunity, investigating the roles and mechanisms of metabolic events in determining T-cell antitumor capability.

研究方向

       肿瘤微环境代谢压力会驱动效应T细胞耗竭，丧失抗肿瘤免疫活性，导致免疫治疗抵抗。我们聚焦糖脂代谢与肿瘤免疫的交叉研究，探索环境代谢压力下糖脂代谢重塑在T细胞耗竭进程中的作用及分子机制，并以相关代谢通路为靶标，发展肿瘤免疫治疗的新方法。

Research Fields

    The tumor microenvironment drives exhaustion of tumor infiltrating T lymphocytes (TILs) to resist cancer immunotherapies. We study the roles and molecular basis of metabolic challenges within tumor as well as T-cell intrinsic metabolism remodeling in progression of TILs exhaustion. The metabolic modulation of TILs will be further exploited to develop novel approaches improving cancer immunotherapy.
