刘晓宇,荷兰代尔夫特理工大学博士、博士后,瑞典皇家理工学院访问学者,山东省海外优青,主要研究分布式预测控制、混杂系统、学习控制及其在交通与能源融合领域的应用。在Automatica、IEEE T-ITS、TRC、TRE、自动化学报等领域顶级期刊和会议上发表论文20余篇。获得2025年IEEE ITS最佳博士学位论文奖(每年全球仅3人),并获得IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Magazine(JCR一区)3页个人专访报道。
