利用极低温扫描隧道显微镜-分子束外延联合系统制备和研究了拓扑超导异质结、铁基超导、类石墨烯二维材料等量子材料体系。到目前为止，发表Science、Physics Review Letters等高水平论文，其中3篇为 “ESI高被引论文”，1篇为“中国百篇最具有影响国际学术论文”。 发表论文中单篇引用超500次论文两篇，单篇引用100次以上论文五篇。其中Xu JP et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 114, 017001 (2015) （总引用 526次）论文中发现的马约拉纳束缚态空间上非零劈裂已经成为马约拉纳研究领域判断... More+
