The research interest of our group focuses on the transitional metal catalyzed synthetic methodology development. To mimic the enzyme catalysis, we develop new synthetic strategy and also asymmetric reactions based on cooperative catalysis, including acid base bifunctional catalysis and acid acid cooperative catalysis. More importantly, we wish to apply these synthetic methods to the synthesis of organic materials and bioactive products.
