基于半导体工艺的集成光学，在大规模制造的品控和成本方面比光纤传感有优势。
目前集成光学器件在性能指标方面弱于光纤传感，我们的主要目标就是要把基于集成光学的光波导传感器的灵敏度等指标提高到光纤传感的水平。
