  • (1)柔性/可穿戴电子器件及技术

           柔性电子技术(Flexible Electronics)是一种将无机或有机电子器件集成在柔性可延展衬底上的新兴技术。相较于传统刚性电子器件,柔性电子器件具有可弯曲、可拉伸、可扭曲、轻便等一系列特点,同时能与具有不规则复杂表面的物体形成紧密接触,因而在可穿戴电子、精准智慧医疗、消费电子、军事等领域具有重大应用前景。从学科角度,柔性电子学也是一门多学科深度融合的交叉学科,主要涉及到材料科学、微电子学、物理学、机械、生物医学等。

           在本研究领域中,我们主要利用无机半导体薄膜材料(硅或锗),探索薄膜的精准转移或组装技术,优化器件微纳力学结构及器件性能,研制出具有柔性、高性能、大面积等特点的柔性/可穿戴电子器件,着重探索所研制柔性器件在传感或探测领域方面的应用。目前,课题组已研制出的柔性电子器件主要包括柔性应力传感器、柔性温度传感器、柔性湿度传感器、柔性光电探测器等,并利用应变工程、界面或表面微观结构修饰及调控等手段,进一步提升器件性能,最终将其应用于医疗健康监测领域。我们在本领域的研究,也将助力我国智慧医疗、居家医疗、智能感知等事业的快速发展。

           此外,课题组还在柔性电路、智能无线传感、多功能集成及协同感知柔性器件等领域展开了一系列初步探索。

    (2)生物可降解瞬态电子器件

           生物可降解瞬态电子器件(Biodegradable Transient Electronics)是一种新型医疗电子器件,其最主要的特点是器件的材料组成和器件功能在植入人体(或生物体)后将通过物理解体、化学反应、人体代谢吸收的方式彻底消失,其最突出的优势在于器件在植入人体后可自行降解吸收而避免了二次手术将其取出。因此,生物可降解瞬态电子在可植入医疗电子领域具有重大应用前景,有望取代现有大部分传统可植入医疗器件。

           在本研究领域中,我们主要通过材料策略、结构设计、器件集成等手段,研制出面向人体健康医疗、具有诊断(传感)或治疗(刺激)等功能的可降解瞬态电子器件,同时能够精准调控所研制器件在体内的瞬态降解吸收过程,实现针对不同疾病类型(急性疾病或慢性疾病)、不同治疗手段(单疗程或多疗程)的个性化诊断或治疗。目前,课题组已在可降解瞬态磁耦合能量采集器方面取得进展,为解决可植入器件电能供给难题提供可行方案;同时在植入式可降解瞬态电学神经刺激器也取得初步进展,有望应用于受损神经修复、帕金森康复等。

    (3)功能薄膜材料与光电探测器

           Anything thin enough is flexible! 半导体功能薄膜材料亦是如此。相较于体材料,半导体功能薄膜材料具有一系列突出特点,包括机械柔性、可转移/可异质集成、电学输运可调性、优异光电性质等,使其成为高性能电子或光电器件的最佳候选之一。

           在本研究领域中,我们主要利用智能卷曲技术或屈曲技术,人工构建膜内应变梯度,将二维平面薄膜重构为三维卷曲微纳米管、可拉伸屈曲”微桥“等结构,并以此为基础研制了一系列性能优异的有源或无源电子器件。同时,课题组提出干法卷曲技术、智能可编程卷曲技术等,实现对三维重构微纳结构的智能控制,并结合应变工程、表面微纳结构塑造、低维异质集成等,研制了覆盖紫外-可见-近红外波段的高性能光电探测器。
