本课题组长期聚焦于环境与职业暴露引起的健康效应及其潜在分子机制。我们以“暴露-机制-疾病”为主线,重点开展以下三个方向的研究: 1. 环境毒理与基因组稳定性调控; 2. 消化系统代谢性疾病的致病机理; 3. 消化道肿瘤发生机制与转化干预。
