心脏数字孪生是研究心脏生理病理机制和预测心脏病发展的重要方法。围绕心脏数字孪生在模拟心脏力学和生长方面的关键难题,本人以生物力学为基础,结合临床数据和人工智能,旨在建立多尺度多物理场的心脏数字孪生,阐明心肌的力学和生长机制,探寻驱动心脏生长的生物标志物,实现心脏在病理状态下结构功能变化的预测,引领应力生长理论在心脏中的应用。通过从理论探讨到技术应用、从方法论到实验验证,构建一套针对心血管疾病预测较完备的“心脏数字孪生”技术体系, 为探索心血管疾病的无创低成本标记物开辟了新的行径、为挖掘心肌内不同纤维成分各自的力学和生长机制提供了新理论方法。
