Biography

山东大学光学高等研究中心教授,博士生导师。激光与红外系统教育部重点实验室副主任,中国电子学会半导体与集成技术专业委员会委员,山东激光学会理事会理事,山东省计量测试学会称重专业技术委员会副主任委员。多年来一直从事光电信息技术及应用等方面的研究。先后主持国家、省部级以及企事业单位委托等课题20余项。主持完成高性能自由运转式近红外单光子探测器、高速门控式近红外单光子探测器、多通道时间数字转换器、凝视型短波红外成像仪、扫描型短波红外成像仪、激光照明型短波红外成像仪、智能识别型短波红外成像仪等光电探测与成像部件的研制。第一或通讯作者发表学术论文20余篇,第一申请人获授权6项。

Description of Research Group:
红外感知技术与应用团队于2011年由方家熊院士组建,依托山东大学光学高等研究中心、激光与红外系统集成技术教育部重点实验室开展科研工作。团队主要从事红外感知领域的技术基础与应用研究,在近红外单光子探测、智能短波红外成像、光谱感知物联网等方面开展了系列研究工作。课题组先后承担国家、省部级及企事业单位委托项目40余项,获授权国家发明专利10余项,成功研制高性能近红外单光子探测器、智能识别型短波红外成像仪等系列特色产品,目前致力于相关技术的应用及推广。
