山东大学光学高等研究中心教授，博士生导师。激光与红外系统教育部重点实验室副主任，中国电子学会半导体与集成技术专业委员会委员，山东激光学会理事会理事，山东省计量测试学会称重专业技术委员会副主任委员。多年来一直从事光电信息技术及应用等方面的研究。先后主持国家、省部级以及企事业单位委托等课题20余项。主持完成高性能自由运转式近红外单光子探测器、高速门控式近红外单光子探测器、多通道时间数字转换器、凝视型短波红外成像仪、扫描型短波红外成像仪、激光照明型短... More+
