本课题组主要从事纳米生物物理学这一交叉学科的研究,发展分子模拟理论,开展定量生物物理实验,探索纳米材料一系列生物效应的物理机制,解决纳米生物安全问题。开展纳米生物和医学材料研发,设计纳米抗菌和纳米原药材料。本课题组热忱欢迎有志从事科研工作的本科生、硕士研究生和博士研究生到课题组学习工作。欢迎具有物理、材料、或生物背景的同学报考。

本课题组强调理论与实验的结合,研究内容有:

①发展生物物理的理论与模拟方法,研究蛋白质、DNA等生命大分子的动力学演化、自组装和非线性行为,解释结构与功能关系;

②发展纳米生物复杂体系的物理模型,开展纳米生物效应与毒理性的机制研究,结合定量生物实验,解决纳米材料的生物安全性问题;

③结合理论和模拟,对自组装、量子效应和表面效应精确调控,理性研发纳米生物和医学材料,用于精准纳米药物制造。
