山东大学集成电路学院/未来技术学院,教授、博士/硕士生导师、齐鲁青年学者,济南市高层次人才,学院党委/学术/学位/教学委员会委员,曾担任学院副院长、研究室主任、党支部书记等职务,从事集成电路材料/智能微纳器件与“医工交叉”研究,主要包括组织创伤修复与健康监测智能感知系统集成、忆阻器 (ReRAM) 类脑芯片,以及金属纳米材料在集成电路封装/热管理与柔性透明电极中的应用。在以上领域授权/申请专利10余项(3项已转化),发表SCI研究论文50余篇,包括ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials, Composites Part B:Engineering、NPJ Flexible Electronics、Small Methods等期刊,担任工业和信息化部、山东省科学技术厅、山东省工业和信息化厅、中国博士后科学基金等项目评审专家。
