Dr Robert Xu is Shandong Taishan Scholar Distinguish expert, Shandong University Qilu Young Scholar.

He is a full-professor, Institute of New Generation Semiconductor Materials/School of Integrated Circuits, Shandong University.

His research interest includes wide bandgap semiconductor devices and integration

As the first/corresponding author, he has published more than 30 SCI/EI papers and authorized more than 20 patents.

Research projects: key research project, National Natural Science Foundation of China, general and special support for post-doctoral fund, etc.

Every year, 1-2 doctoral students and 2-4 master students are recruited. Welcome to contact the students of microelectronics, physics, information and materials.
