研究概况

1.超高熔点晶体生长、表征与激光性能研究:国际上首次采用导模法定向籽晶技术生长了直径25mm长度30mm的Er:Lu2O3激光晶体,将氧化物单晶熔体法定向籽晶生长技术提升到2450℃的极高温
