赵爱萍，多语言多文化教育哲学博士，山东大学外国语学院副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事应用语言学，二语习得，翻译等方面的研究。研究兴趣为阅读，词汇习得，学习者特征，教师教育，翻译教学等。
