Introduction

1988.7~1994.7 山东大学光学系毕业,获学士、硕士、 博士学位。 

1996.2 – 1997.8 新加坡国立大学电子工程系博士后。

1994年任山东师范大学物理系教授,省光学重点实验室主任。

1996年任新加坡数据存储研究所高级研究工程师。

1999年任香港城市大学光电子中心研究员;2001年任美国 TransPhotonics LLC研究科学家。同年任O-NET COMMUNICATIONS (HONG KONG) LIMITED总工程师。 

2003年任山东大学教授,山大鲁能信息科技有限公司副总裁。

2010.2~2011.3, 任山东浪潮华光光电子公司技术顾问。

2013~2016年担任深圳市创鑫激光技术有限公司、深圳市联品激光技术有限公司、华辰光电科技有限公司技术总监,开展光纤激光器及光电装备的研究及产业化进程, 实现了光纤激光器的核心器件和整机国产化,推动了中国光纤激光器的国产化及产业发展。

科研项目承担过多项国家级、省部级及工业科研项目,目前在研项目有:"基于嵌入式STM32的随钻钻井液流量定量检测系统“、”基于Ehtercat的远程智能控制电驱动系统“、”基于Ethercat协议的Kingstar多自由度运动控制系统“、“工业化百瓦级皮秒/飞秒光纤激光器”和“基于工业4.0协议的万瓦级高功率智能光纤激光器”,“高功率高效智能清洗机器人”、”智能清障除暴机器人”等等。

科研成果:已发表被SCI/EI收录的学术论文60余篇,授权专利20多项。获山东省科技进步论文二等奖。

研究方向本人及团队专注研究新型光纤激光技术,生物医学光电技术、基于arm和FPGA等嵌入式硬件的智能控制和工业装备物联技术、以及3D打印智能光电装备等。

本团队有美国光学学会会员、日本应用物理学会会员、俄罗斯科学院外籍院士、日本电气通信大学教授植田宪一(Ken-ichi Ueda)担任资深顾问。
