刘铎教授
刘铎，男，1973年4月出生。1995年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系；1998年获中国科学技术大学凝聚态物理硕士学位；2004年毕业于美国得克萨斯休斯敦大学机械工程系，获材料工程博士学位，2004－2006年于休斯敦大学从事博士后研究工作。2006年回国到山东大学晶体材料国家重点实验室工作，任教授、博士生导师。主要从事的科研领域包括宽带隙半导体材料及器件，MEMS传感器，铁电材料学等。自任职以来承担国家重点研发项目课题1项，国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目2项，国... More+
