桑鹏鹏,博士,山东大学副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事新型铁电/阻变存储器工作机理、新型/传统半导体电极界面工程、低功耗场效应晶体管器件模型等方面的理论和实验研究。主持国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目等多项课题。以第一/通讯作者在微电子顶级会议IEDM和国际权威期刊Adv. Funct. Mater.、IEEE Trans. Electron Devices等发表学术论文近20篇。
