高艳博，山东大学，软件学院，副教授，入选山东大学青年学者未来计划，获ACM济南分会新星奖。博士毕业于电子科技大学A+学科，研究方向包括视频编码、三维视频处理等，已发表国际期刊及会议论文40余篇，获得1次国际学术会议（IEEE BMSB）最佳学生论文奖，1篇一作论文入选ESI Highly Cited Paper（高被引论文），获国际竞赛UbiComp SHL Challenge第二名，获2025年度山东省计算机视觉最佳学术论文奖。已采纳（或部分采纳）国际国内视频编码标准提案6项，其中国际IVC提案1项，国内AVS提案5项。已申请专利40余项，其中30项已授权，1项已转让。主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年项目，主持山东省自然科学基金面上项目，主持多项横向项目。
