Biography

李树博士毕业于江南大学发酵工程专业，曾任职西王集团技术开发中心主任，现为山东大学海洋学院海洋工程系副教授、硕士生导师，任海洋工程系副主任；研究方向为海洋微生物、微生物发酵、合成生物学、功能性食品开发、新型微生态制剂开发等；目前产品开发主要有：链霉菌生产ε-聚赖氨酸、海洋芽孢杆菌合成γ-聚二氨基丁酸、酵母菌生产脂肪酶等。
