山东大学集成电路学院教授,博士生导师,山东大学-北方电科集成电路研究中心主任。2006年获山东大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。2006年起先后在物理与微电子学院/物理学院、微电子学院/集成电路学院任讲师、副教授、教授。2007年曾在新疆昌吉学院物理系支教,2015年9月至2016年9月在美国犹他大学物理与天文系Zeev Valy Vardeny教授课题组访问。
研究方向主要包括载波基带芯片、AI算法(Seq2Point、NILM等)、半导体材料及器件等,主要研究兴趣包括基于RSIC-V的电力载波数字基带芯片设计、基于AI的Turbo编解码研究、半导体材料与器件集成、微电子硬件及软件设计等。
作为主持人或主要研究人员先后承担国家自然科学基金项目9项,山东省自然科学基金青年及面上项目各1项,山东省科技发展计划项目1项、国家重点基础研究发展规划(973)子课题1项,装备预研教育部联合基金项目1项,山东省自然科学基金重大基础研究项目1项,山东省自然科学基金创新发展联合基金重点项目1项。在Adv. Funct. Mater.、Small、Adv. Opt. Mater.、ACS photonics、Photonics Research、Appl. Phys. Lett.、Phys. Rev. B等学术期刊上发表学术论文70余篇,获授权国家发明专利9项。
