研究领域
1. 多方案的RNA结构探测
我们实验室对实验和计算方法的开发都很感兴趣。目前已经参与多个针对RNA结构探测技术的开发，包括亚细胞RNA结构测定（subStructure）、整合突变停止提高结构解析精确性（STONE）等计算方法。
2. AI驱动的RNA调控研究
RNA具有复杂的调控网络，随着AI技术的发展，我们尝试将最新的AI技术应用于RNA调控的研究中。例如研究RNA结合蛋白与RNA的相互作用，RNA序列及结构对于RNA稳定性影响，RNA细胞特异的调控等多方面的问题。
3. RNA疗法开发与应用
有了前面针对RNA结构以及RNA调控的研究，我们可以有针对的设计开发RNA药物，包括靶向特定RNA结构的小分子药物，靶向RNA的基因编辑系统开发以及RNA疫苗的优化。新的RNA疗法将应用在RNA病毒抑制，肿瘤治疗以及神经性疾病等多个方向。
