教师简介

山东大学生命科学学院教授、博导,现任山东省动物细胞与发育生物学重点实验室主任。1990-1994在山东大学获得学士学位,1994-1997在山东大学获得硕士学位,2000年在中科院微生物研究所获得博士学位,2000.9-2002.11年在北京大学医学部基础医学院免疫系从事自身免疫病的博士后研究,2002.11-2008.8年在美国Florida大学和Emory大学从事肿瘤生物学博士后研究。2008年回到山东大学生命学院任教授。研究方向为肿瘤细胞信号转导,长期从事肿瘤细胞死亡、转移及肿瘤免疫调控的分子机制研究。主持多项国家自然科学基金、教育部留学回国基金、教育部博士点基金等国家级和省部级项目。2009年获评教育部新世纪优秀人才、2010年获评山东省自然科学杰出青年基金、2017年获评泉城产业领军人才。现为中国细胞生物学学会常务理事、山东细胞生物学学会理事长、《中国细胞生物学学报》编委。已在Autophagy, JNCI, Cancer Res, JBC,Mol Cancer Ther等专业期刊发表论文56篇,引用6400余次,H-index=31。

动物细胞与发育生物学团队继承了动物学科传统优势,研究力量雄厚,既有科研经历丰富不忘初心的资深教授,也有初出茅庐朝气蓬勃的年轻学者和研究生群体。目前研究团队包括博导6人,青年教师3人,博士后3人,博士研究生15人,硕士研究生29人。团队的研究方向为利用细胞、人类病理组织与小鼠模型探讨精卵发生与配子源性不孕不育的机制以及肿瘤、心脑血管、代谢等疾病的细胞生物学基础,重点探讨两性配子发育成熟的遗传与表观遗传调控以及疾病发生发展及治疗中细胞死亡、细胞自噬、细胞分化及表观遗传调控机制在其中的作用。近年来在包括Autophagy、JBC、Advanced Science、Cell Stem Cell、PNAS、Molecular Cell等高影响力的期刊发表论文多篇。
