教师简介

      教授,博士生导师,先后主持了国家重点研发课题、国家重大专项子课题、国家自然科学基金面上/青年基金项目、山东省重大专项、山东省自然科学基金、中国博士后基金面上项目等省部级以上项目20余项。在国内外知名期刊发表SCI 科研论文二百余篇。授权国家发明专利20 项。担任JNCS、CMS、J AC、JMMM、JMRTMSEA 等知名期刊的审稿人。受邀在山东卫视《齐鲁先锋》栏目做专题报道。基于自主产权专利技术,联合企业在高性能烧结钕铁硼永磁体、粘结磁体微特电机等领域进行技术攻关,服务企业二十余家,助力企业产品迭代升级,取得了显著的社会和经济效益。获山东省优秀科技工作者威海市青年科技奖,威海市校地合作人才等荣誉称号。

      指导学生在挑战杯互联网+、节能减排等国家级赛事中多次获得一等奖、二等奖等优秀成绩,相关成果获批山东省教学成果二等奖(第一位)、山东省教学成果特等奖(第二位)。获批山东大学优秀共产党员、山东大学优秀教师等荣誉称号。
