教师简介

费立国,男,中共党员,哈尔滨工业大学管理学博士。山东大学政治学与公共管理学院副研究员、智慧国家治理实验室副主任、风险治理与应急管理研究中心研究员、社会治理研究基地研究员、青岛市应急管理协会理事。硕士生导师,入选山东大学青年学者未来计划,主持国家自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学研究项目、山东省自然科学基金项目。主要研究方向为应急管理、数字政府、社会治理、风险决策、防灾减灾、社会计算、数据融合等。发表SSCI\SCI论文五十余篇,多篇论文入选 ESI 高被引论文,担任国际学术期刊Journal of Comprehensive Business Administration Research (JCBAR)编委,担任多个SSCI\SCI期刊Special Issue主编,四十余个SSCI\SCI期刊审稿专家,教育部硕士学位论文通讯评审专家。入选2024年全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。

  面向“行政管理”和“应急管理”方向招收硕士研究生,每年2至3个名额。
