教师简介

费立国,男,中共党员,哈尔滨工业大学管理学博士山东大学政治学与公共管理学院副研究员、智慧国家治理实验室副主任、风险治理与应急管理研究中心研究员、社会治理研究基地研究员、青岛市应急管理协会理事。硕士生导师,入选山东大学青年学者未来计划,主持山东省自然科学基金项目。主要研究方向为应急管理、数字政府、社会治理、风险决策、防灾减灾、社会计算、数据融合等。发表SSCI\SCI论文四十余篇,多篇论文入选 ESI 高被引论文,担任国际学术期刊Journal of Comprehensive Business Administration Research (JCBAR)编委,担任多个SSCI\SCI期刊Special Issue主编,四十余个SSCI\SCI期刊审稿专家,教育部硕士学位论文通讯评审专家。
